ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Cassandra Juniphant spent 20 years inside organizations watching brilliant women disappear.

Not all at once. Gradually. A boundary softened here. A missed meal there. Sleep traded for preparation. Rest traded for availability. Until the woman who walked into the role and the woman showing up every day were no longer the same person — and no one in the organization had language for what was happening, let alone a system to address it.

Cassandra did. Because she had lived it.

A former competitive Figure Pro bodybuilder, 20-year HR executive, adjunct professor at Golden Gate University, and Forbes-featured wellness strategist, Cassandra sits at an intersection most consultants cannot access: the boardroom and the body. She has led HR functions, advised executives, and navigated M&A, workforce transformation, and cultural change at the organizational level. She has also spent over a decade working with women at the physical level — studying what sustained high performance actually costs a woman's body, and what it takes to rebuild from that cost.

That combination is what Ori Ara Partners is built on. And it is what makes this work impossible to replicate.

Through The Body Ministry — her private membership community for women — Cassandra proves the methodology at the individual level every day. Every framework she brings into an organization has been lived by real women, in real bodies, navigating real pressure.
